MEET OUR FOUNDER
Sean Brown, nephew of Uncle Winston, is the founder and driving force behind Uncle Winston's Ltd.
Growing up surrounded by family gatherings, Caribbean cooking, and the sounds of laughter and music, Sean learned early on the power of bringing people together.
Today, together with his partner, he continues that tradition right here in Bath, serving up authentic Caribbean flavour through a growing takeaway service that captures the same warmth, passion, and community spirit that inspired the brand.
Through food, drink, and good vibes, Sean keeps the Brown legacy alive – sharing the taste of his heritage and family vibes.
For Sean, Uncle Winston's isn't just a business – it's family, flavour, and legacy, all carried forward with love.

MEET UNCLE WINSTON

Our story begins with Uncle Winston Brown – the man whose name, warmth, and spirit inspired everything we do.
A talented chef with a big heart, Uncle Winston was known for bringing people together – through food, drinks, laughter, and music.
He represented everything that makes Caribbean culture so special; community, joy, and flavour that feeds the soul.
Uncle Winston's is a tribute to his values, spirit, and legacy – a celebration of the island vibes he shared so freely.
What began as a family idea soon grew into something much bigger.
Founded in 2020 in Bath, Somerset, Uncle Winston's was created to share authentic Carribean drinks across the UK.
Today, we're proud to be the first and only wholesale supplier of Caribbean cocktails in the South West UK – delivering handcrafted punch and cocktails to shops, restaurants, and bars nationwide.
Every drink is made in small batches using premium spirits, tropical fruit blends, and time-honoured Caribbean flavour traditions.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF SHARON BROWN
Sharon Brown – Sean's mum – was the heartbeat of every room she entered.
Full of life, laughter, love, and that magnetic Brown family energy, she believed in enjoying life, celebrating every moment, and making everyone feel welcome.
Though she's gone, Sharon's strength and spirit continue to guide Sean in every decision, every flavour, and every step forward - her energy lives on in the laughter, the music, and the good vibes that keep the Brown legacy alive.
